Once you have placed your order you will be given an Order number and you can check the status on this website if you login using your username and password that you chose when you ordered.

If the Item is not in stock with us we will order it for you from the Manufacturer. It usually takes just over 1 week for your sunglasses to get to us. This time scale may vary as we are in the hands of the manufacturers. They are dispatched to you on the day they arrive to us. Your Order Status will change a few times if we have ordered the item for you from the supplier.

1st "On Order from supplier "

This means that we have ordered the item for you and we have been told that it was in stock and is being processed by the manufacturer. Almost all designer eyewear is manufactured and shipped to us form Italy, and it usually takes them 2 to 5 working days for them to ship them to us.

2nd " Dispatched to Us from Supplier "

This means that the manufacturer has updated your order status to confirm that your item is in transit to us with either DHL or UPS form Italy. DHL & UPS usually take between 2 to 5 working days to get items to us. Sometimes the manufacturer does not let us know immidiatly when they ship the products which means they may arrive with us on the day that your order progress is updated to " Dispatched to us "

3rd "In Dispatch "

This menas that your order has arrived with us on that day, they are then checked by our quality control department then they will be boxed up and dispatched to you on that day.

4th " Shipped to you "

This means that we have dispatched your order to you, we will have sent you a dispatch E-mail please check your spam filter and / or the E-mail address you gave us when you registered.

If you would like your Tracking Number and have received a dispatch E-mail please call Customer services on 01329 556128 with your Order number and Order date .

If you have fogotten tour details please E-mail us from the E-mail address you gave us with your Surname and Billing Postal code and we will E-mail you your login name and re-set your password.

Items IN STOCK

If the Item is in stock with us it will be dispatched within 24 hours, usually same day for orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday.

Items OUT OF STOCK

If the Item is OUT OF STOCK with the manufacturer we will contact you either by E-Mail or Telephone within 24 hours of your order ( Monday to Friday) to give you an Estimated time of arrival. At this stage you will also be given the opportunity to cancel the order if the delay is unacceptable.
