Usually your Purchase will be dispatched between 1 to 10 working days after your order is placed. If your item is out of stock with both us and the manufacture we will contact you and ask if you are happy to wait, or if you would like a full refund if you wish to cancel your order.
We do hold approximately 5000 pairs of sunglasses in stock at any one time, Ready for immediate dispatch !
UK Customers
Standard postage is £4.99 1st Class Royal Mail Tracked delivery, 3 to 4 day service but fully trackable and secure.
Insured Post is Royal Mail Special delivery £7.99 ( Please note your items estimated dispatch as some items will need to be ordered from the manufacturer for you and Special delivery will ensure that you recieve them the very next day after they get to us )
Items dispatched to the UK are posted through Royal Mail, your sunglasses are Tracked all the way to your door. Please give a delivery address where there will be someone to sign for them. If you miss the delivery Royal Mail will put a card through your door informing you, Please either re-arrange delivery through them or collect from your local sorting office.
When we dispatch your Item to you we will E-Mail you notification,
If you have received a dispatch E-Mail and you have chosen standard or free postage they should be deliverde within 3 to 4 working days, a tracking number is available by request.
If you have opted for Special delivery they should be with you the next day before 1pm ( Excluding Weekends )
This does not GUARANTEE you will receive your purchase the next working day from your purchase, Some items are NOT in stock with us and need to be ordered in for you from the Manufacturer.
Please note we do try to get your sunglasses dispatched to you as soon as possible, Generally if the item you have chosen is in stock with us they are dispatched same day if ordered before 12 Noon. However this is not guaranteed. If we have to order your sunglasses for you they will be dispatched to you on the day that they arrive with us, upto 10 working days ( 2 weeks) after your order.

European Union Postage
Usual cost £8.99 GBP
Your Purchase will be posted through Royal Mail, either INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR or AirSure This requires a signature when it is delivered to you. They usually leave the UK on the Next working day AFTER posting. They are then passed onto your local postal system and are treated as standard recorded mail. The estimated time scale by the Postal Service is 5 to 6 working days. From our experience they usually take up to 8 working days.
The Other postal service we sometimes use is AIR-SURE through royal mail, This is usually a little faster as the package is treated as PRIORITY mail until it is delivered to your door.
UK VAT is paid so there is NO import duty for any EU country.
you have received a dispatch E-Mail and they do not arrive within 5 Working days please visit your countries Poast Service website and enter your tracking number E-Mailed to you when we dispatched the item to you.
